Maou-Sama Week 4 V0.1

the long wait is finally over, it's time we start the finale of Maou-Sama.
In this update, some unanswered questions will be answered and many will be raised again, so stay tuned.
Furthermore, there are alternatives again, with or without a fetish there are different events, so it's worth starting twice.

As always, you need a save from the end of Maou-Sama Week 3, if you don't have it, you have to start at Week 1 for better or worse.
